This Meerschaum Claw Clutching Skull Pipe is a striking and intricately carved smoking pipe, made from block meerschaum, a mineral known for its exceptional smoking qualities. This pipe design features a skull gripped by a detailed claw, combining gothic and macabre aesthetics with fine craftsmanship.

Key Features:

• Material: High-quality block meerschaum, hand-carved for durability and artistry.
• Design:
  • The skull is highly detailed, with hollowed-out eyes, defined teeth, and realistic bone structure.
  • The claw—resembling a mythical creature—wraps around the skull, adding an intricate and dramatic touch.
• Finish:
  • Somewhat textured with lines depicting a skull.
  • Over time, the meerschaum develops a rich patina, darkening in color with use.
• Stem: Crafted from acrylic, with a slight bend design for comfortable handling.
• Size: Features a larger bowl (1 1/2″ deep) for longer smoking sessions.
• Smoking Experience: Meerschaum is highly porous, meaning it absorbs tars and moisture, providing a cool, dry, and flavorful smoke with no need for break-in.

This type of pipe is a favorite among collectors and those who appreciate unique, gothic-inspired craftsmanship.

Because each pipe is hand carved, the basic shape will be the same, but each pipe is not identical.  Includes a felt lined carrying case.
