SHIPPING:  All orders are shipped via USPS from our Las Vegas, NV. warehouse within two days of receipt to arrive within 1 – 10 business days. We will email you when we start to process the order and when it is delivered to the Post Office, with your tracking number. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. So, it is very important that you give us a working email address.

All items are shipped very discreetly in plain envelopes or boxes with just our return address – no logo or company name is listed on the package.

If we have to back order something, we will ship the remainder of your order and ship the back ordered item(s) as soon as we the item(s) comes in, at no extra cost to you.

We recycle our boxes so you may receive your order in a box that has been used before (hope you don’t mind)!!!

We ship to the entire U.S., its territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and overseas military APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States.

We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries and we do not ship C.O.D. or freight.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Please call 1-800-688-0302 or e-mail [email protected] regarding a product with which you are unhappy. We will gladly accept unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original sale with the original sales receipt.  All returns must be authorized to be returned.  To obtain a Return Authorization Number, email us at [email protected].  All returns should be mailed to Mr. Bill’s, 8450 W. Sahara, #113, 89117.  Your credit card will be refunded, in full, upon our receipt of the merchandise.
