HISTORY OF OCB:
OCB stands for Odet-Cascadec-Bolloré. The letter O for Odet comes from the Odet River, as the founder first created the Papeteries Bolloré (a paper mill) on the bank to make a rolling paper in 1822. C for Cascadec, on the other hand, comes from the expansion of the company in 1917, when the founders bought the Mill Cascadec and built a rolling paper plant. Lastly, B for Bolloré comes from the surname of the founder of OCB himself, Rene Bolloré. In 1918, the brand OCB was officially created, beginning the reputation of OCB Rolling Papers you know today.
1822: FOUNDING OF THE FIRST ODET PAPER MILL
This is when it all began. René Corentin Bolloré (1793-1838) and his older brother Guillaume Claude Bolloré, opened the mill, laying the foundation for a line of Bolloré “paper-makers” that was to extend over 6 generations.
1918: THE OCB BRAND WAS ESTABLISHED
OCB quickly developed into the leading rolling paper manufacturer in the world, setting the standard of quality and thinness for rolling papers.
TODAY: OCB IS SOLD WORLDWIDE
You can find OCB on 6 continents, with huge popularity in metropolitan cities across the globe. All good things get discovered. The American rolling community has come to love OCB, with a growing base of loyal OCB rollers.

JOB 1 1/4
JOB 1 1/4 rolling papers have a natural gum, burn smooth and clean, and are made of pure rice paper. The Job brand was invented in 1838 in France, quickly becoming one of Europe's most popular brands of rolling paper thanks to its simple rice paper. These are 1 1/4 papers.
About JOB
In 1838, Jean Bardou was inspired to make a booklet of rolling papers made of pure, thin rice paper. The craftsman from France came up with a million-dollar idea; the papers were a success, and the initials JB were known throughout the towns. On the papers, the J and the B were separated by a diamond, so consumers began calling the brand JOB. The brand name followed shortly after, and by 1849, Jean Bardou filed for a patent for "Papier JOB". In the 1890s, many renowned artists were brought into design advertising posters for the brand. The brand can be seen all over the world, even starring in early films! Try a classic and see what the hype is all about.
