What is a Battery?

A Battery is one of the three major parts of a Vape Pen. The vape pen battery provides the device with the power to vaporizer the materials of your choosing. It is important not to get a battery that is too powerful for your vaporizer, this could lead to a burn out in the cartridge making it unusable.

How Does the Battery Work?

Now that you know what the battery is, let’s dive into how they work.

As stated previously, a battery is a major component to the parts of a Vape Pen. The others include the atomizer or cartridge and the mouthpiece; together they form a workable vape pen. The battery is the largest and most prominent part of the vape pen. This is where you are going to get your power for your device and where you can use customizable functions such as variable voltage and temperature control.

Typically to turn your battery on, all you would do is press the power button five times rapidly. This will activate your vape pen and allow you to then set the features for your preferences. Note, when turning on the device, you have to press the power button five time quickly or the battery will not register the action.

If it is a device that has no buttons at all, usually you would tap the bottom of the battery to active it. You will also tap the vape pen five times rapidly.

Once your device is on, ready and set to your perfect adjustments, you can then attach the atomizer or cartridge as well as the mouthpiece together to use your vape pen.

Types of Batteries: Buttonless Batteries, Batteries with a Button, Auto Draw Batteries and Variable Voltage Vape Pen Batteries

Batteries come in different makes and models for different types of vapers. There are Buttonless Batteries for the users who don’t want to deal with any hassles. Batteries with a power Button which allows the user to press the button to get things started. Auto Draw for the vaper on the go that actives their device with a simple inhale.
